Israeli Tourists, Alleged Supplier Arrested in Drug Raid on Koh Phangan
KOH PHANGAN – Police arrested four Israelis during a drug raid on Sunday, seizing a significant quantity of illicit substances and cash from a party at Bunny Villa on the island.

The operation followed complaints about noise and frequent comings and goings of foreigners at the villa. Tourist police raided a room and detained a 33-year-old Israeli man and two Israeli women, aged 23 and 24. Officers found and confiscated 3.32 grams of cocaine, 28.99 grams of ketamine, a quantity of powdered ecstasy, and 29 vape devices.

The three suspects reportedly told police they purchased the drugs from a 48-year-old Israeli man living on the island, contacting him via WhatsApp. Police subsequently arrested the alleged supplier at his residence, where they discovered an additional 33.36 grams of cocaine, 16.07 grams of ketamine, 23 ecstasy pills, 10.39 grams of drugs in small plastic bags, and 79,000 baht in cash.

All four suspects were taken to Koh Phangan Police Station. The three tourists were charged with drug possession, while the fourth suspect faces charges of possession with intent to supply. The investigation is ongoing as authorities continue their crackdown on narcotics on the popular tourist island.
